These Terms of Service govern your use of the Rouza website (rouza.eu) and your purchase of products from us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please also read our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of these terms.

Where we sell

We currently sell and ship to customers in the United States only.

Products

We do our best to show our slippers accurately. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen, and materials such as faux fur and suede can vary a little from pair to pair. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. If a pair doesn't fit, our 30-day Cozy Promise covers exchanges and returns.

Pricing and currency

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). We aim to display prices accurately, but errors may occasionally occur; we reserve the right to correct pricing or product errors and to cancel affected orders with a full refund. Prices and availability may change without notice, but changes never affect an order we have already confirmed.

Promotions

From time to time we run offers such as “Buy 2 pairs, save 15%”. Unless stated otherwise, this offer applies automatically in your cart when your order contains two or more eligible pairs (any styles and sizes), cannot be combined with other discount codes, has no cash value, and may be changed or ended at any time. If you return part of a discounted order, the refund reflects the discounted price actually paid for each item.

Orders and payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method. Your order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or unavailability, in which case you will receive a full refund.

Shipping, duties and taxes

Shipping is free and tracked. Processing and delivery times are estimates, described in our Shipping Policy. Import duties, customs fees or local taxes may apply on arrival and are the customer's responsibility unless included at checkout.

Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy (30 days from delivery). This does not limit any statutory rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the Rouza name, logo, designs, text and images — is owned by Mirado Collection OÜ or used under licence, and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rouza is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or your order, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your state of residence.
