Refund policy

14-day right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We do not cover the cost of returning items to us.

Condition of returned items
Items must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging, so far as reasonably possible. If the value of the item is diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics, we may deduct this from your refund.

Refund timing
Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

After 14 days
We are not able to accept returns or offer refunds for requests made after the 14-day period has passed, except where the item is faulty or not as described.

Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you remain entitled to a remedy under applicable consumer protection law. Contact us with your order number, a photo of the item, and a description of the issue.
