Chat and AI Shopping Assistant

Our website offers a chat feature (Shopify Inbox) that may be answered by an automated AI shopping assistant as well as by our team. When you use the chat, we process the messages you send, any contact details you choose to share, and related information such as the page you are viewing and your cart contents, in order to answer your questions, help with orders and improve our customer service. Chat conversations are processed by Shopify and its service providers on our behalf and are retained for as long as needed for these purposes. Please do not share sensitive information such as payment card details in the chat. AI-generated answers may occasionally be inaccurate; you can always ask to be contacted by a person at info@rouza.eu.
