Shipping policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. Orders with a shipping address outside the United States can't be placed at checkout.

Free tracked shipping
Every order ships free, with tracking.

Processing time
Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days.

Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after dispatch. Remote areas and peak holiday weeks can take a little longer.

Holiday orders
For Christmas delivery, please order by December 1. Orders placed after that date will ship as usual, but we can't guarantee arrival before December 25.

Order tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Customs and duties
Your order ships from our international fulfillment partners. In some cases import duties or customs fees may apply on arrival; these are the customer's responsibility unless included at checkout.

Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to redirect packages once shipped, and orders returned due to an incorrect address may be subject to reshipping costs.
